We are conveniently located between Akron and Canton in Green, Ohio, just north of exit 118 on I-77.

Our office is on E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (St Rt. 619) adjacent to the crystal clinic building and caddy corner from Sheetz. You may remember our building as the old Akron Children’s CHPA facility!
